My Role at Smartland LLC 

The following is a showcase of my professional work at my current position as a Marketing Assistant for Smartland LLC. 

About Us 

Smartland began as a real estate investment company with a vision to transform underperforming properties into thriving assets. Over the years, we have evolved into a multifaceted private equity firm with expertise in:

  • Strategic mergers and acquisitions within industries supporting real estate, such as electrical, plumbing, and sewer systems.

  • Acquisition and management of residential real estate, spanning both large assets (150+ units) and small assets (60 units and below).

  • Development and operation of essential infrastructure, including natural gas power plants and renewable energy projects.


My Responsibilities 

My responsibilities include everything from email, social media, content creation, blog articles, print and digital marketing, signage, project coordination, and everything in between. I'm given a lot of responsibilities and a lot of things to keep track of and multitask accordingly.

I market and produce content for the investor side of the business as well as the resident side of the business. Below is a compilation of my work in different areas.
